I know what it feels like to suffer. I know what it sounds like when people constantly tell you to "just get over it!" I know what it looks like to live in pain, shame and guilt. It feels as though you are all alone in this world and nobody will ever truly understand you, and if they don't understand you, how can anyone be able to help you?
